This company did a terrific job in helping us due to water damage in our home. Complicating the situation was that a pending sale of the home was occurring at the same time and the buyer became very nervous and questioned everything including the drying work being done. This put this company into a tough spot where they were in the middle of a transaction and not just trying to dry out the home. However, Emergency Disaster Recovery handled it very well and remained professional through the entire ordeal eventually helping to get the buyer comfortable and allowing the sale to proceed.
