Covid-19 Treatment Pricing
Fogging
Fogging application of EPA-Certified sanitizer:
This process covers the largest area in the shortest amount of time. The process allows a large area to be done in a short time compared to hand cleaning and does a more even and thorough job.
$0.50/sq. ft
Base fee $99 if under 1,000/sq. ft
Fogging and cleaning of common contact areas (doorknobs, light switches, faucets, refrigerator etc.):

This process covers the largest area in the shortest amount of time. The process allows a large area to be done in a short time compared to hand cleaning and it does a more even and thorough job.
In this package we offer the added step of hand-sanitizing common-touch points.

Base fee $99 if under 1,000 sq. ft
Spray sanitization of flooring:
Liquid sanitizer applied to hard surface flooring or carpet. Applied with pump sprayer to ensure even coverage.
$0.25/sq. ft under 3000 sq. ft
$0.18 sq. ft between 3001 and 5000 sq. ft
$0.12 sq. ft for over 5000 sq. ft

Hydroxyl Generator
A safe “green” non ozone-based technology. These units can destroy odors, viruses, bacteria and VOCs. These units can run in spaces while occupied with no odor and minimal sound. Perfect for everybody at home or a busy office.
Small unit under 15,000 cubic feet (1,800 sq ft with 8-foot ceilings)
$125 per day
Large unit up to 40,000 cubic feet (5000 sq. ft with 8-foot ceilings)
$275 per day

HEPA Air Filtration:
HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) filters are used in the medical industry and the restoration industry to ensure clean and safe air. These units can exchange and filter the air ran through them several times in an hour and will filter down to .3 microns.
Small Unit up to 1,800 sq. ft
$75 per day
Larger unit up to 2,750 sq. ft.
$145 per day
